Submission Requirements:

Complete the appropriate nomination form (cover page) for the category in which the nominee is being submitted.

Answer each question in the nomination criteria on a separate sheet.  The overall package should not exceed 12 pages.

Forward completed nomination package to the Hispanic Contractors Association 219 N. Loop 12 Irving, Texas 75061 Phone: 972-786-0909 by COB:  May 22, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

Please note that nominees should be able to attend the Luna Awards event on June 12, 2008 at the DFW Airport Hyatt Hotel.

Submit an original and two copies of the nomination package, including a one page narrative on the company for the Program.

Past Luna Awards winners are not eligible to submit a nomination for three years.
